Project Objective

To improve the prosecutorial process of the human trafficking cases of all forms under the existing law through evidence based advocacy

Major Activities

• Conduct a study on prosecutorial process of the trafficking in person’s cases
• Advocacy workshop with the lawyers member
• Meeting with Judges and relevant, Court Inspector, Public Prosecutor, Bench Asst. other relevant Officials
• Special orientation session with the investigation Officer of the law enforcement agencies to sensitize them as regards cases of trafficking in persons
• Orientation session with lawyers with and objective to sensitize them as regards dealing with trafficking cases of all forms
• Advocacy workshop with media personnel
• Hotline services to documentation the information
• Conduct process documentation on two labor trafficking cases
• Meeting with media and other relevant stake holders to share the finding of the study and recommendations
• National Level workshop
